Just-in-Time (JIT) and on-demand items are products we can fully design and process in-house from our stocked products or access up to 20,000 lines covering garments, gifts, and promotional product.
These ranges are perfect for e-commerce range extensions, events, and impulse orders, whether in small or large volumes.
Subject to the order, JIT product can be supplied in 3-5 days.
Hybrid Transfers are the most innovative heat transfers on the market. All of our heat transfers include a screen-printed base layer of white ink for added vibrancy and durability. Additionally, we select variant adhesives specific to the fabric type.
Our transfers have been lab-tested for durability and are certified to last 80+ washes without cracking or fading.
All of our heat transfers are certified Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX, the gold standard in health and safety for fabrics.
YES! Many of our items are already sourced with sustainability in mind. Recycled and organic product are now considered standard in the supply chain.

YES! We have an in-house design team that will work with you on logos and product development.
When supplying logos, we ideally need a vectorised editable format such as PDF, SVG, EPS, or AI file.
Made-to-order (MTO) products are items that we design with you and produce at source in one of our partner factories. This is typically done for high-volume orders or when complex production techniques or colours are applied to the garments or gifts.
We have extensive experience in MTO products, having produced items for football clubs such as Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, and the NHS.

Our ON DEMAND products are, on average, ready to dispatch in 3-7 days based on sign-off, complexity, and volume.
Made-to-order products will be advised on a case-by-case basis, depending on item complexity and sourcing.
In all cases, timing will be agreed with you.
In the UK, we have access to all major carriers and always use fully tracked services.
For European consumer delivery, we use our IOSS services to make the process seamless.
For international bulk delivery, we utilise express air and road services and can dispatch to ANY international destination.

Yes, subject to the order size for bulk orders. Terms for e-commerce sites are agreed upon with the clients.
Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders, and shipping rates may vary depending on your region.

Yes, we accept online payments on our e-commerce sites. All payment processing and sensitive customer information are quick, easy, and secure.
